Known Issues

▪ Text can be hard to see. Right click on the player and select enter full screen to mitigate this. This will work on Android devices too by pressing and holding on the player. Advice is to enter full screen all of the time for a better experience.

▪ If a file fails to load completely use the feedback form to report a bug with as much details/names of which section failed to load. This is usually a naming issue and can be easily fixed.

▪ Loading lag. There is a slight delay of the files loading. This is normal, remember the files are hosted on a Webserver, do not expect the swf files to load instantly as if they were on the local drive of your device.

▪ Mobile/tablet use especially iPhone or iPad : Front page showing the topics may not display properly but works fine once clicked through on the 'bubbles'.

▪ Mobile/tablet use especially iPhone or iPad: Touching the back arrow can be hit and miss, press and hold the arrow for 1 or 2 seconds to action it. You can also refresh the page to go back to the start.

▪ Mobile/tablet use especially iPhone or iPad : Sound does not seem to work on iOS. Android does work but is not consistent. On Android if there is a sound icon on the file try touching it on or off.

▪ Interactive Summary pages. Some do not keep score and some issues with some answers not allowing placement in the correct box. Know issue with N4 Gas Laws summary.

▪ AH and H Experiments. Some experiments do not produce expected values. Known incorrect: AH Exp 2-04: Magnetic induction around a long straight wire |

▪ Various. Animations within a topic continue to play over other topic even when back arrow is pressed. Reload page, no fix yet available.
